The National Masters Cross Country Championships took place over a testing course in the Avondale Forest, County Wicklow last Saturday, where competition was very keen in all the races. Clonoulty Rossmore GAA grounds was the setting last Sunday for the County Road relays and despite clashing with the very popular John Treacy 10 Mile it was great to see the Club well represented in both the Women’s and Men’s races. The relay event consisted of 800m, 1500m, 800m and the final leg of 3000m.

These very popular Awards were presented last weekend and it was great to see Sean Tobin winning the Athletics Award for his great achievements in 2019.
