This event attracted a good number of Club athletes last Sunday. Paul Minogue was going very well throughout this 6k run, then over the closing stages he missed a marker and by the time he got back on track he had lost a number of places, he still went well when finishing 19th in 32:31, good training for next Sunday’s County Novice Road. We also had good performances from Niall O Ceallaigh 32nd in 33:45, Sarah Whelan was 3rd woman when finishing 42nd in 34:50, Sareen Walsh 65th in 38:07, Cyril Fogarty 74th in 39:03, Denise Donnelly 138th in 47:47, Helen O Ceallaigh 139th in 47:49 and Lizzie Ryan 141st in 48:20.
