These Championships takes place on Sunday next, 3rd November, in the Thurles Crokes Complex, starting at the earlier time of 12 noon. These Championships races are open to Club members who are 35 and over on the 30th October 2019. The Women’s distance is 4K while the Men over 65 plus race is also 4K, both starting at 12 noon. Then the Master Men 35 and over race over 7K and this is on immediately after the Women’s race. In the Women’s race it is 3 to score on both the 0ver 35 and over 45 teams while it is 4 to score on the Men’s over 35 team and 3 to score on the Men’s over 50 team.
