The Eilis Hayes Memorial 5 Mile road race took place last Friday night in wet conditions. Kevin Maunsell continued his recent good form when running very well to win very convincingly in 27 mins 13 secs. Anthony Bowen also ran very well when finishing 5th in 30:39.

This popular event took place last weekend and Courtney McGuire followed up her impressive performance in the Clogheen 5k with another very good performance in the Conna 5K where she was 3rd woman in 20 mins 31 secs over a challenging course.

The Ballysaggart Festival 5K took place last week in good conditions. Kealey Tideswell ran very well when finishing 2n dover all to win the women’s race in 19 mins 37 secs.

The 27th promotion of the Marine 6-mile Climb took place in ideal conditions last week.
