These very popular Championships took place in Dundalk IT last Sunday and it was great to see Aine Roche and Conor Fleming competing on County teams. Both athletes put in two very good performances with Aine Roche finishing 47th in the 4k race in a time of 16 mins 9 secs and was 5th scorer on the County over 35 team. Conor Fleming also ran very well when finishing 131st in 26 mins 35 secs and was 3rd scorer on the County over 50 team. Both county teams performed very well when finishing just outside the medals in 4th place in two very competitive races.
