Last Friday night the Moycarkey Coolcroo 5k and 10k races took place in Littleton. In the 5k Mark Kehir ran very well when finishing 8th in 19 mins. Then we had David Kennedy also running very well when finishing 11th in 19 mins 35 secs. Suzanne Shine also ran very well when finishing 13th in 19 mins 58 secs, breaking 20 mins for the first time this year. We then had her training partner Aisling English hot on her heels when finishing 14th in 20 mins.
In the 10k race Angela McCann ran very well when winning the women’s race in 39 mins 6 secs when finishing 7thoverall.
