This popular event took place in warm conditions last Friday night. It was great to see club members running so well in such conditions. Nicola Maunsell underlined her recent good form when winning the 6th senior woman prize when finishing 57th in 35 mins. Then we had Rebecca Doocey also running very well when winning the woman’s over 40 award in 36 mins 16 secs. Ned O Brien is a frequent visitor to this local event and likes competing over this distance. He showed great form last Friday night when finishing 2nd over 65 in 40 mins 35 secs. Then we had Liam Kiely also running well when finishing in 41 mins 58 secs.
