These Championships takes place on Sunday next, 3rd November, in the Thurles Crokes Complex, starting at the earlier time of 12 noon. These Championships races are open to Club members who are 35 and over on the 30th October 2019. The Women’s distance is 4K while the Men over 65 plus race is also 4K,
