William Maunsell got 2018 off to a very good start in the Ferrycarrig 5 Mile. In a very competitive race he was 3rd in 24 mins 20 secs behind the Raheny Shamrocks duo of Mike Clohisey, who set a new course record, and Conor Dooney, both of whom finished just ahead of him at the National 10,000m final in Santry last July.
