The Munster Masters Indoor Championships took place recently. Our sole competitor in the master’s was John Laste. John’s training has been going well of late as he has achieved some notable performances and PBs in recent weeks. That level of performance was maintained in Nenagh in the 3k Walk where John produced another top-class performance when winning the over 55 title in a new PB of 15 mins 41 secs, improving on his old mark by 38 secs. Ideal preparation for his performance in the John Treacy 10 mile tomorrow in Dungarvan.
