Killavullen GAA centre was the venue for the Nagles Half marathon Trail run. Held in very warm conditions we saw some great performances. Trevor Whelan underlined his very good form when finishing 9th in 1 hour 57 mins 48 secs. Then we had Sarah Whelan also running well when finishing 36th in 2 hours 20 mins 17 secs. Both athletes are training hard for the upcoming World Masters Mountain running Championships which will be held in Clonmel from the 2nd to the 4th of September
