This event also took place last Sunday in Castleyons. Here we had David Ryan showing no ill effects from his Bronze medals winning performance at this year’s National Marathon Championships. Last Sunday he ran very well when finishing 5th and 1st over 45 in 36 mins 25 secs. Then we had Yvonne O Connor making a very welcome return to racing after a very long layoff due to injury and she came back with the proverbial blinder of a performance when finishing 3rd Senior woman in 43 mins 42 secs.
