This popular event organised by West Waterford AC took place last weekend. Conditions were good for this race over a very flat route, ideal for fast times. Kealey Tideswell underlined her good form when running very well to finish 2nd woman in 18 mins 22 secs. This was Kealey’s 3rd race over this distance this year and she has improved on every one of them, great to see her training going so well. Then we had Angela McCann also running very well when winning the women’s over 50 award in 19 mins 39 secs. Barry Horgan also ran well when finishing 34th when finishing in 19 mins 57 secs.
