The Mooreabbey Miler’s promotion of the one Mile dash took place in wet conditions on the 30th December and it was great to see Club members tackling this Classic distance and running well. Nigel O Flaherty ran very well when finishing 11th in 5 mins 6 secs. Then we had Neil Proven also running very well when finishing 25th in 5 mins 32 secs with Alan Carter 33rd in 5 mins 49 secs.
