The Scarragh Woods 7.5km hill run near Cahir took place recently. Here Kealey Tideswell ran very well when finishing 4th overall and 1st woman in 35 mins 32 secs. We also had a good performance from Niall O Ceallaigh 8th in 37:29.
Last Sunday the Canon Sheehan 14km loop in Glenanaar Woods run took place in ideal conditions. Here Kealey Tideswell continue her recent great form when winning the women’s race in 68 mins 41 secs when finishing 7th overall. We also had good performances from Sarah Whelan 33rd in 83 mins 20 secs and Jim St John 41st in 92 mins 4 secs.
