This popular and local event was back on the Athletic Calendar last Friday night and it was great to see it well supported by Club members. Elaine Horgan ran a great race when finishing 3rd woman in mins 4 secs. Grainne O Malley and Nicola Maunsell also graced the podium when winning the Women’s over 45 (42 mins 54 secs) and over 50 (36 mins 13 secs) awards, respectively. We also had good performances from Conor Fleming 10th in 29 mins 31 secs, 33 Jamie Byrne 19th in 31 mins 43 secs, Niall O Ceallaigh 40th in 34 mins 16 secs, Helen O Ceallaigh 78th in 40 mins 56secs, Sinead Kennedy 80th in 41 mins 37 secs, Denis Donnelly 82nd in 45 mins 15 secs and Lizzie Ryan 99th in 46 mins 50 secs.
