The European Master Indoor Championships are taking place in Madrid this week. Hazel Galloway was our sole representative and she put in some great performances. In the 60m she ran very well but in a very competitive event didn’t progress to the final. In the 200m Hazel qualified for the semi-finals when finishing 2nd in heat 1 of 4 in 34.09 secs. In the semi-finals she was in the 2nd race in lane 4. She ran a very good race when finishing 5th in 34.34 secs, just failing to make the final.
