The Club will once again be promoting a series of 4k for seven Wednesday nights in January and February to encourage people who are over 16 years of age to Get Fit and Stay Fit. We promoted a very successful Pre Christmas series where we averaged 80 people each night to participate and get fit and this has encouraged us to do a 2010 New Year Series of 4K. The series gets underway on Wednesday 13th January at 7 pm. We encourage everyone to come along and participate at your own pace over the 2 lap route which is relatively flat and well lit up. The entry fee is €4 each night and everyone who participates in four out of the seven races will receive a Special designed Mug. Read the rest of this entry »
