Dundrum was the venue last Sunday for the County Road Relays and it was brilliant to see the Club entering 5 teams in total, well done to all the athletes. Read the rest of this entry »
The 7th race of the 4k Series took place last Wednesday night in good conditions. The entry was very good the best this year with 57 athletes participating, great to see. The race format was Countdown to Zero where everyone started at his or her predicted finishing time and the winner was whoever crossed the line after the clock hits zero seconds.
